This product offers various unlocking methods tailored to your requirements. A fingerprint sensor ensures swift and convenient daily access, while the backlit keypad enables the creation of temporary codes for guests and permanent codes for regular users. Additionally, RFID tags and mechanical keys are provided with the product. You have the flexibility to add up to 5 administrators and numerous users, with a secure locking mode that limits access solely to administrators and physical keys.

Connect your lock to the Grid Connect app to activate notifications or access a log of recent unlocks. Fingerprints, tags, and codes can be associated with specific names or accounts, making it simple to identify the user who unlocked your door. Generate instant codes or establish scheduled, time-limited access for guests.

The device operates using 4 AA alkaline batteries, which are included. It issues low battery alerts to remind you when battery replacement is necessary, or you can conveniently monitor the battery status through the app. Additionally, a micro USB port is available for backup power, and in the event of battery depletion, mechanical keys can be used as an alternative method of access.

This deadbolt necessitates a 54mm diameter cut-out with a backset of 60/70mm from the door edge, and the door thickness should be within the range of 35-50mm. It is suitable for DIY installation on doors already equipped with a cut-out meeting these specifications.

For complete lock security and weather protection, it's advisable to drill a small mounting hole above the cut-out. However, it's important to note that this product is not intended for DIY replacement of mortise or rim locks; professional installation is recommended for new doors.
