Why does my ORION battery camera or video doorbell drain quickly?
The following scenario may cause to fast discharge of the battery life:
1. Frequently motion detections force the battery camera/doorbell into active mode and the device has to increase battery consumption. You can adjust the "Motion Sensitivity" to the mid-range and turn on the "Human Filter", to avoid the unnecessary excess alerts.
2. Frequently accessing live views through the GRID CONNECT app, and keep awake the battery device's.
3. A weak Wi-Fi signal impact in increased packet loss. This means the battery devices need more energy to resend the lost packets and re-connecting to the Wi-Fi router.

All ORION Powered Cameras support 24/7 recording to a local Micro SD card. But the Wireless Battery cameras & Wireless Battery Video Doorbell are only support event recording to a local Micro SD card.

Yes, all ORION Cameras & Video doorbells support two-way audio, the feature can be accessed from the Grid Connect device setting page.
Do my ORION security cameras & video doorbell capture footage and motions during the night?
Yes, all ORION Cameras & Video doorbells support "Night vision", the feature can be accessed from the Grid Connect device user interface or setting page.
